Keeping positive in tough economy

Hello - It's rough out there.  Many businesses still don't seem to be spending money on
marketing and public relations.  Some companies are hiring college graduates at a fraction
of the price of experienced professionals, driving down hourly rates for associates with years of experience.

What are you doing to keep your job, or your clients, when employers may be
considering hiring someone who lacks proven skills?

If you own a business and are considering hiring someone "green" do you realize
that the old adage: "you get what you pay for" may apply?
